Show attendance was strong and exceeded our expectations, with a constant flow of attendees coming into the hall throughout the day. As expected, attendees ran the gamut from art fans to fellow professionals to young adults to families, and the many kids at the show enjoyed seeing so many artists and illustrators in one place.

“Thanks for organizing such a wonderful event! It was a lot of fun. Looking forward to next years P&PF!”

“Thanks to Peggy and all involved in setting up the show; it was a GREAT time, lots of cool creators and fans; can’t wait until next year!!!”

Exhibitors seemed to really enjoy the intimate feel of the show space, many of them first-time exhibitors at the Northampton Center for the Arts. In addition to making sales, many exhibitors also expressed great enjoyment in the networking opportunity at the show and had a great time connecting with fellow artists.

“I wanted to thank you and everyone else that was involved in putting together the Paint and Pixel Festival. I had such a great time. So many happy faces. The event motivated me to finally add the dialogue to my artwork and put forth a book. For that reason I am indebted to you. Looking forward to next year!”

“You did SUCH a fantastic job on organizing the festival. I had such an incredibly fun time. I hope I’ll be able to attend for years to come.”

“just wanted to say congratulations and thanks again for organizing a great festival”

As an unexpected treat, renowned fantasy and picture book artist Ruth Sanderson actually worked on an oil painting for an upcoming book cover at the show, giving attendees the very rare opportunity to see an artist at work.
